When you use the sharing feature to share notes with others, you are consenting to allowing others to view the information in your shared notes on the notespark.com website or the Notespark iPhone application. If you need to be more specific about the intellectual property rights surrounding the information in your shared notes, it is your responsibility to make these claims explicit.
While we provide a moderate level of security around your information, we do not expect or allow you to store highly sensitive information such as bank account information, passwords, or social security numbers on the notespark.com website or the Notespark iPhone application. Doing so is a violation of our terms of service.
The information you provide us will not be shared, sold, or rented to other organizations for any purpose, except to provide services that you have specifically requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
Your email address will never be displayed to other Notespark users unless that user has typed in your email address explicitly. Sharing a note with another user does not allow that user to see your email address.
Your username will, of course, be visible to other users of Notespark.
The notespark.com website is not intended for children under the age of 13. If a parent or other guardian believes that his or her child has submitted personal information to notespark.com, please contact us at the email address below.
If this privacy policy changes, updates will always be posted to this page.
